Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 each)
1 bunch scallions - chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1% cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup lemon pepper
Directions:
Dice chicken and sauté with a little oil. In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, and onions. Add lemon pepper to taste. Split mixture in half. Using 1/2 the mixture, place 1 tablespoon in the middle of a crescent roll and fold edges under trying to close openings. Place folded side down in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Repeat with all rolls. Mix both cans of soup with the remaining mixture and pour over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees until rolls have risen and browned on top. You may substitute cream of celery soup for another can of cream of chicken soup if desired.
