Brunswick Stew

Ingredients:
1 hen or white meat of chicken
2 cans tomatoes
1 sm. Boston butt - chopped
3 lbs. ground beef - browned
2 lg. onions
2 cans corn
2 cans garden peas
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 bottle catsup
2 tsp. chili sauce
3/4 c. sugar
Directions:
Cook chicken until meat pulls from bone. Cut up fine. Put chicken butt, and ground beef into pot first, then onions. Drain juice from vegetables. Add peas, catsup, sugar, tomatoes, corn, tomato sauce, and chili sauce. Cook slowly for 2 hours; add broth from chicken as needed. This should be thick enough to eat with a fork. Can be frozen.
