Cucumber Dip

Ingredients:

2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

2 med. cucumbers

1 1/2 - 2 cups mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. chopped or dried parsley

Directions:

Grate cucumber and drain. Blot with a paper towel to save time. Mix cream cheese, cucumbers, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Beat until well mixed and fluffy.
